This exciting winemaker is making his own line of uniquely terroir-driven wines in western Sicily. Working as head winemaker for the historic Cantine Rallo gives him access to over 50 hectares of old vine certified-organic vineyards to make these unfiltered wines from indigenous grape varieties.
