Barbatus

Barbatus was born from the passion for wine and the sea. Vino di Mare! It is a collaboration between Marco Giordano enologist of Podere Erica, Christoph winemaker of Ranchelle and Alessandro, owner of the vineyards and of the agritourism in Cavo - Rio nell'Elba. This unfiltered ansonica is spontaneously fermented and macerated on the skins. It comes from a 1.4 hectare, 25-year-old vineyard of Alberello vines on the island of Elba.
