the country. With his background in both sales and purchasing
as well as his understanding of the wine market from all
perspectives, Camilo continues to tailor the OmniWines portfolio with
customers and quality in mind. |
Francesco
Santoro
Francesco was born in Verona, Italy. It was his passion and
his family's business that made him choose fine wine as a career.
Having arrived from Italy in 2001, Francesco is a well known
wine professional in the New York City market. He is our Director of Operations as well as the liaisons to our Italian suppliers.He also works with many of New

Janine Hock
Janine joined the Omni team in the spring of 2002. With degrees
in both political science and Health and policy as well as a
Masters in Public health, Janine's education is only superseded
by her passion for the history and culture of traditional wine
and food from Europe. In addition to being a certified wine
educator from the Society of Wine Educators, she represents
OmniWines in New York's top restaurants. |
| Keith Torres
Keith joined the Omni team in June of 2004. He comes to us with a degree in Hotel Administration from Cornell University where he focused on restaurant management, culinary studies, and wine service. Keith is a member of the Sommelier Society of America and holds an Advanced Certification from the Wine and Spirits Education Trust. A native of Brooklyn, NY, Keith brings with him a thorough understanding of the Brooklyn restaurant scene as well as a fresh and creative perspective on the current wine market.
Andrea Schaffer
Having lived a total of 4 years in three Northern Italian cities, Andrea is fluent in Italian language, culture and wine. In her time abroad, she realized the intensity of her passion for food and wine. Andrea studied with the Associazione Italiana Sommelier for two years before coming back to America for a career in the wine industry. Andrea joined Omniwines in July of 2004 and now uses her valuable experience to consult restaurants and wine stores throughout Manhattan.
Nicola Gregoretti
Nicola was born in Chianciano Terme in the heart of Tuscany. After earning his degree in banking, Nicola came the the USA to build his international experience. In America, he decided to enter into the world of wine by working with a reputable importer/distributor in the New York market. Nicola joined Omniwines in 2005. In true Tuscan form, Nicola loves Vino Nobile di Montepulciano and Bistecca Fiorentina. One piece of advice- don't mess with his beloved AC Milan!

LURISIA
The spring "Fonte Santa Barbara Di Lurisia" is located
at the base of the n Western Alps in the Italian Region of
Piemonte. Discovered in 1917, it was first analyzed and approved
by M.me Curie, Nobel Prize winner for physics and chemistry.
The intrinsic characteristics of this very light spring water
have been enjoyed in Europe for many years, and since 1989
Lurisia has also been available in the United States. Since
its discovery, Lurisia has been
