CASTILLA
The wine regions of Ribera del Duero, Toro and Rueda, are
situated on remote, high plateaus, straddling the Río
Duero.all high-lying areas with extreme climates - very hot
summer days combined with cool nights, and cold winters. The
marked difference of temperature between day and night helps
to preserve the acidity in the grapes.
