This wine is a blend of falanghina and coda di volpe. It is cold fermented and aged in cement casks. It`s a dry, complex, dimensional wine with very good extract. The wine has a clean color, with a flowery,delicate bouquet of broom and elder flowers. A dry harmonius taste of tropical fruits and a clean,crisp finish. |
