Recioto della Valpolicella DOC Tesauro
Tesauro represents the wine co-operative's top
selection among Recioto wines. It is a sweet wine after the oldest
of the Veronese traditions and the result of a complex process involving
the drying of the best parts of selected bunches of grapes. This
drying process is carried out under strict controlled conditions
with exactly the right level of humidity. It's this delicate and
intricate procedure which determines the salient characteristics
of the wine such as the alcohol level and its body. |
