Cerviolo Rosso "I.G.T."
In the glass it is dark, deep ruby red with brilliant reflections and long arching legs. The bouquet is redolent of tobacco and mint with hints of coffee and chocolate. Complex layers of plum, blackberry, cocoa, and vanilla cascade and linger on the palate in this full-bodied wine with polished tannins. Great with roasted meats, game and aged hard cheeses. |
