The Marquis of Olivares built in the XVI Century a noble house that has stood up till now. During the XVII Century this house was the dwell of Jesuits and remained as convent until XIX Century when Church’s lands were sold (“Desamortización). At this epoch the Moro family, devoted to the viticulture business and the oenology, made the decision to restore the cellar and recreate an utmost quality wine. Then, they applied manual and handicraft process in order to handle both grape and wine with loving care and offer a product of sensory excellence.
