Coming from the DO of Montsant
in the Taragonna region of Northeastern Spain, Perlat is made with
the garnacha, carinena, and syrah grapes. After fermentation the
wine spends a short period of time in American oak casks.

The wins shows a deep ruby
color with purple hues and is medium in body. It has flavors of
ripe blue berries and is meaty in texture while still refined.
It is a well-balanced with a soft, round texture and hints of
vanilla on the finish.
