Melipal Winery is named for the ancient Andean Indian word
for the “Southern Cross” constellation. They
are located 20 minutes outside of Mendoza City in the foothills
of the Andes Mountains. Their land includes 25 hectares of
80 year old vines that are used in their top products as
well as rose. They are focused on producing small production
high quality wines with structure, longevity and sophistication.
