Semidano “Anastasia”
A varietal that faced extinction after attacks of filosera that was almost completely replaced by Nuragus, which is more resistant to the insect. After its abandonment by many wineries, the Il Nuraghe Winery launched an effort to save the grape and is now the only producer of this wine. This wine has a delicate aroma of peaches, hay, and apples. On the palate, it is soft but rich with a lively acidity.
