This extremely elegant wine offers great structure and a wealth of aromas that are expressed with substantial longevity. Due to the extremely low yields per acre and delayed harvesting of these grapes, this has been a wine that has received a great deal of acclaim. The wine matures on the lees for 15 months before bottling. On the nose, it shows aromatic notes of citrus and tropical fruits with a touch of honey. On the palate, it expresses a symphony of exotic flavors that constantly evolve. If properly stored, this wine can be enjoyed within 6 years, or in special vintages, even 10 or more years.
