CA' OROLOGIO
As always, everything starts with an idea. Maria Gioia Rosellini has been responsible of the Ca’orologio farm in the Euganean hills in the province of padova since its inception in 1995. Her goal has been simple. To produce wines and e.v. olive oil, that is a true portrait of her land and bring out their naturalness thanks to a farming techniques respectful of organic principles. The results have been truly sensational!
