The wine is made from extremely ripe grapes from 45 yr. old vines. The grapes undergo an extremely long maceration in order to retain intense aromatics, structure and fruit characteristics. Only using indigenous yeasts, the wine gets finesse after resting in large barrel for 12 months. Rich, floral and spicey.
