located in the heart of the South Tyrol and has been in the same family for over 300 years. This family has close links with the lake Kalterer See (Caldaro) and valley, and in fact the family owned the lake for a quarter of a century in the 1800’s. They are dedicated to making wines of excellence and have involved a top enologist to express mineral driven, stunningly elegant wines. They have about 5 hectares above the lake at about 450 meters where older vines are planted in chalky gravel. Up until recently, the grapes were used in the Kaltern bottlings, but are now under this esteemed label.
