35 Year old vines harvested slightly later than the regular sagrantino for more suger, ripeness and depth. After harvest, the grapes are left to dry on mats for 2 ½ months to achieve maximum sugar levels yet still retaining tannins and acidity. Aged for 3 years before release and stunning match for dessert.
