Grapes are from a steep terraced vineyard and grapes are hand selected for top quality. This wine is only made in unique and deemed top vintages so it is truly a treat! They are left to dry for 140 days and then aged in new French oak for 36 months. Powerful, intense flavors, rich and concentrated.
