The company's aim is to make the best fruits of the Mas de Saura estate available to everyone by producing wines of excellent quality. The soul and driving forces of the cellar are: Mònica Cambra, oenologist and manager, Eduard Arnal, administrator, and Guillem Arnal, viticulturist in charge of wine production. With the help of family members and friends who shared his love of the land, he built the cellar of Torroja del Priorat, where the grapes are taken and where ancestral traditions and modern winemaking techniques. |
