EMINA

The EMINA vineyards’ origin dates back to the XII Century Cistercian monks in Olivares de Duero and Valbuena de Duero. The monks supplied their grapes varietal and also settled them in the region. At that age each monk used to have his own daily portion of wine, known as EMINA (capacity measure used in those days equivalent to 1/4 of a litre, approximately.) Leading-edge technology for producing top quality red wines. The cellar includes temperature-control equipment, and stainless steel vats and equipment. The vines occupy an area of 42 hectares
