Caravaglio

Founded by Antonio Caravaglio in 1992 in Malfa Gramignazzo. The vineyards are cultivated with organic agriculture methods, grown in rows as dictated by ancient tradition. Holding in recent years has done a careful job of mass selection which led to obtaining new clones. The thickness strain is high, the pruning is simple, in order to obtain low yields per hectarehe. All activities relating to wine grapes, maturation and bottling of wines are uniquely appointed and takes place at a controlled temperature. The cellar is equipped with advanced technology systems. |
