75% Corvina Veronese; 20% Rondinella; 5% Molinara
The Name “Acinatico” is na ancient word used by the kings to call the sweet red wines of the Veneto which we now call Recioto. This was a hot vintage which made for high sugar levels, polyphenals and depth. The grapes are dried for 3 montsh and reduce by about helf, then fermented and fined in barriques for 4 months. Dark, sweet and decadent. |
